CONDITIONS OF SALE

No internet sites or mail order without prior written permission under separate licence.

All our furry chums conform to most recent UK and EU toy safety standards and are suitable from birth upwards..

Prices may change without prior notice, as may design, colour, textiles, labelling etc.

Prices will be those at time of delivery, and not at time of order, unless otherwise agreed by Air Puppy.

No claims can be accepted after 10 days following receipt of goods.

For non or short delivery, please advise within 10 days of invoice date, so we can claim from carriers.

Orders will not be processed when any part of the buyer’s account is overdue.

Payment terms are 30 days net from date of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest and penalties as per The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 and amended Regulations 2002.

All products are subject to availability and delivery is usually within 5 to 7 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

On occasion and only when deemed appropriate, part orders may be supplied unless prior instruction not to do so is received in writing. In such instances, carriage will not be levied as per our standard terms and conditions and any remaining purchase balance will be placed on back-order.

Credit and debit card payments will only be accepted if paid within 21 days of date of invoice.

Thereafter, such a payment method will incur a surcharge of 2.5% applicable to the total

outstanding balance.

We have taken due care and diligence to provide accurate images and descriptions.  All sizes are approximate.

We have no minimum order requirement, however, orders less than £250.00 are subject to carriage and proforma payment.

Carriage. UK is free of charge for orders over £250.00 to UK mainland only. Below carriage paid or non-UK mainland is £12.50. Eire is free of charge for orders over £500.00 only. Below carriage paid is £25.00. International requires POA.

The property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer and the buyer shall keep the goods as bailee for Air Puppy (returning the goods to Air Puppy upon request) until the price of the goods supplied by Air Puppy to the buyer for which payment is still outstanding shall have been paid in full.

The contract shall in all respects be governed by English Law and shall be deemed to have been made in England and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction in connection with any questions arising hereunder. In particular it is hereby declared and agreed that the Uniform Laws on International Sales Act 1967 and any statutory modification and re-enactment thereof shall not apply to the Contract of which the foregoing are conditions.

Intellectual Property and Copyright Notice. It is the policy of Air Puppy to protect its creative designs by all legal and moral means, including copyrights. We petition trade cooperation in the avoidance of infringement.  Air Puppy will take action against infringers to protect its interest.  All rights are reserved under the International Copyright Convention.
